RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take orders from patrons and return orders in a timely manner. 

Keep area in a clean and orderly 

Have complete knowledge of patron limitations and company policy and procedures regarding limitations. 

Other duties as assigned.

EQUIPMENT/TECHNICAL

Use of all bar equipment, cash registers, Easy Bar System, telephone

WORK AREA                      

Casino environment exposed to temperatures that may vary, noise, smoke and bright lights. May include a boat and/or floating barge.  High rise hotel and atrium.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Walking                       85%

Standing                      10%

Bending/Lifting            5%

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma or GED equivalent

Six months experience in serving preferred but not required  

Must be able to pass an alcohol awareness exam

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Must be able to read, write and understand simple instructions.   

Knowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws.  

Must be able to handle situations that may arise due to intoxication.  

Must be able to communicate with all departments.

Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol.  

Must be able to perform assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.

Have complete knowledge of all events and promotional activities.
