Cincinatti, OH: Hybrid (two days in-office, three days virtual)

About the role:
As a Financial Analyst Senior Specialist, you’ll have your finger on the financial pulse of the entire organization. Working with a diverse team, you’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, and implementing financial processing using Xactly for FIS' incentive compensation function.

What you will be doing:

•Programs FIS’ Sales Commission Tool Xactly, a highly specialized responsibility requiring a unique skillset

•Possesses skillset to dissect a process and create efficiencies through technology

•Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance for FIS

•Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts

•Meets with organizational unit/department managers to discuss and establish timelines and methodologies for completing budgets

•Researches and compiles data to forecast and prepare annual and monthly budget projections for a division or similar group of organizations

•Tracks revenue and expenses, comparing actual to forecasted figures and makes necessary recommendations

What you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree is required, Finance, Economics, or Accounting highly preferred
• Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles as well as company accounting policies, procedures and standards
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
• Analytical and statistical examination skills
• Demonstrated ability to plan and accomplish work to ensure critical deadlines are met
