We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talent team. <br/>If you are a researcher who is an excellent communicator as well as a team player  and looking for a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, then <a href="http://Capital.com">Capital.com</a> is the place for you!<br/><a href="http://Capital.com">Capital.com</a> is looking for a Senior UX Researcher that will lead different research projects aimed at improving the trading experience of our users with relevant data and content. <h3>Responsibilities: </h3> <ul> <li>Provide insightful &amp; actionable findings to key stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Commercial)</li><li>Conduct both generative and evaluative research studies across different markets (e.g. Switzerland, Middle East, Asia, etc..) </li><li>Create research plans and scripts that adapt to timeline constraints.</li><li>Plan and perform qualitative research methods, such as interviews, usability testing, surveys, and workshops.</li><li>Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers and marketing/commercial stakeholders to plan and run research studies.</li><li>Analyse and translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights.</li><li>Communicate results and recommendations in clear and compelling ways to inform the design and support the product strategy.</li><li>Make sure the user insights are embedded, actioned and prioritised in the Product and Marketing roadmap.</li><li>Work closely with the Data Team to build an understanding of customer behaviour to measure the performance of our products. </li><li>Work with the Director of UX Research to create a user centric culture and embed the user voice in strategic planning and scoping sessions.</li><li>Engage stakeholders from different departments (e.g. Engineers, Marketing, Commercial team) in the user research process to help them familiarise and empathise with user insights.</li><li>Manage the logistical aspects of research planning (e.g. scheduling research sessions, recruiting participants).</li><li>Proactively identify product opportunities to explore with users.</li><li>Collaborate to review and maintain the UX Research framework/process to drive efficiency in the research activities. </li><li>Work independently under guidance of the Director of UX Research.</li></ul> <h3>Requirements: </h3> <ul> <li>Experience in engaging with diverse markets.</li><li>Being fluent in English and German is required for conducting interviews in the client's native language.
