About the role

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, Kansas City, Missouri, USA, Central Time (with an hour unpaid break)

Scope:

Initial focus on Kansas City automotive businesses

Direct reporting to business owner

Performance-based bonus structure

Initial training period with ongoing development

Territory expansion potential as company grows

Utilizing provided calling software/technology

Responsibilities:

Make 100-150 outbound calls daily to potential clients from provided contact lists

Set qualified appointments with local automotive businesses

Follow provided scripts while maintaining ability to adapt conversation as needed

Document all call activities and outcomes

Qualify prospects through effective discovery conversations

Maintain high-quality communication standards with technical vocabulary

Achieve appointment setting targets

Requirements

Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation

Experience in cold calling and appointment setting

Ability to articulate technical marketing concepts clearly

Professional phone presence

Comfort with learning and using calling software platforms

Strong listening and qualification abilities

Ability to work US business hours

Computer proficiency and reliable internet connection
