The Work You Will Do:

This position serves as the Team Lead on the Quality Assurance and Testing team within the Division of Information Technology (IT). This position is responsible for performing functional testing for all initiatives that the Department plans to implement. The incumbent will be required to support their own scrum team and mentor other testers with the goal of improving their knowledge and skills. Additionally, the incumbent will be required to evaluate user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems as well as review computer system capabilities and process workflows. The incumbent will also be required to collaborate closely with the Quality Assurance and Testing team manager to finalize and implement activities to achieve the goal of the overall skills and knowledge improvement of the team.
