Customer Office & Distribution Internship - Predictive Analytics (Summer 2025)

Are you passionate about strategy, analytics, and working directly with senior leadership? Join the Customer Office & Distribution team at Zurich North America as an intern and gain hands-on experience working alongside industry experts. You’ll support key projects that directly impact our top and bottom-line results and shape the future of our strategies and engagements with key partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Work closely with the Chief Customer Officer and other executive committee members at ZNA on high-impact projects.
• Support and co-lead initiatives such as TNPS (Transactional Net Promoter Score), Event Analytics, and Broker/Market Strategies & Analytics.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to executive leaders, offering you exposure to the decision-making process at the highest levels of the company.
• Independently engage with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure smooth project progression.

Basic Qualifications:

 

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Analytics, Statistics or a related field
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program and will be enrolled in the fall of 2025
• Two or more years of college coursework (should be a rising Junior or Senior) and no prior years of experience required in the Administrative area
• Microsoft Office experience 
• Be legally eligible to work in the U.S

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Minimum cumulative GPA average of 3.0 (current GPA reported by your school)
• Advanced knowledge of statistical principles, methodologies and techniques
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Detail oriented
• Survey design and analysis experience using Qualtrics/Medallia
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Organization and time management skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a changing environment
