• Developing technical guides that include WebFOCUS 9 standards / guidelines, best practices, tips and tricks, and other helpful diagrams and charts.
• Conducting quarterly user group meetings to demonstrate technical topics and engage with users thru questions and answers sessions.
• Leading user/ a group of users in working sessions aimed at providing insight on new features of upcoming upgrades for WebFOCUS 9 Designer.
• Serve as a liaison between users, WebFOCUS administrators and the technical team members.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing of new features for WebFOCUS 9 upgrades.
• Assisting users with solutions on WebFOCUS topics and/or providing training on certain functionalities. Also, providing assistance to create and/or modify data visualization dashboards.

FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• Masters or Doctorate degree may substitute for required experience
• 4+ years of demonstrated design and development skills using WebFOCUS 9.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
