As a highly visible face of IT, you’ll provide hands-on technical support across devices, workplace technology, meeting spaces, and collaboration tools. You’ll combine strong technical expertise with a customer-first, hospitality-driven approach—helping people stay productive, connected, and confident in the technology they use every day.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and knows how to deliver calm, responsive, high-touch support when it matters most.

  • Create an exceptional walk-up support experience, providing approachable, customer-focused technology assistance

  • Support meeting rooms, conferencing systems, collaboration tools, and executive or business-critical meetings

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly while maintaining high service standards and minimizing disruption

  • Lead technology support and on-site coordination for special events, executive meetings, conferences, offsites, and other high-profile business activities

  • Maintain accurate documentation, asset records, and service requests while meeting established SLA expectations

  • Build trusted relationships across a diverse employee community and deliver an inclusive, welcoming technology experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience providing IT or end-user technology support in a fast-paced, complex environment

  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, hardware, software, and mobile devices

  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and workplace technologies

  • Experience with device provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management

  • Strong customer service, communication, hospitality, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple requests, work independently, and remain calm and solutions-focused in urgent or high-pressure situations

  • Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, with occasional U.S. travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with device management and deployment tools such as Microsoft Autopilot and JAMF

  • Familiarity with identity and access technologies such as Active Directory

  • Experience with IT service management platforms such as ServiceNow or Wolken
