QA Engineer

Within just a couple of years, our team grew up more than 80%, we moved into a new spacious and modern office, and we kicked off 2025 with several new and exciting projects in digital transformation, custom software and robotics.</p><p><strong>Blend Technologies</strong>, part of IKH Group, is a brand-new Technology and Innovation solutions company, made by people who breathe and live technology, bringing bespoke services and solutions to drive the new Industry 4.0 era and holding a profound comprehension of the technologies shaping the future, Cloud, Cyber Security and AI. </p><p>We are now looking for an experienced <strong>QA Engineer</strong> with strong technical skills and analytical thinking to design and maintain automated solution for our clients.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p><ul> <li>Design and implementation of a testing strategy for Vanilla JavaScript, React, and Java projects.</li> <li>Integration of testing pipelines into Azure DevOps Tests for automated execution and reporting.</li> <li>Ensuring requirement coverage with a combination of manual and automated tests.</li> <li>Development and management of automated test suites using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, or others suitable for the tech stack.</li> <li>Integration of tools like JUnit, Mocha, Jasmine for testing JavaScript/React/Java.</li> <li>Definition and monitoring of QA standards and processes for the team.</li> <li>Implementation of tests such as functional, integration, performance, and security tests.</li> <li>Collaboration with developers to create testable code and ensure shift-left testing practices.</li> <li>Providing guidance and training to junior QA Engineers on testing techniques, tools, and processes.</li> <li>Analysis and improvement of QA processes through feedback.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and test automation, with at least 2 years in Azure DevOps Testing.</li> <li>Knowledge of tools like Postman for API testing (Environments, Variables, Pre/Post Scripts, Mocks, Monitoring).</li> <li>Experience in testing for Vanilla JavaScript, React, Java.</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Jest, JUnit, Mocha, Jasmine.</li> <li>Coaching &amp; Training Skills.</li> <li>Collaboration skills and teamwork.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p><ul> <li>Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.</li> <li>Experience in security testing and performance testing.</li> <li>Data analysis from insights/Crashlytics tools using Kusto Query Language.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><ul> <li>An attractive salary package</li> <li>Career development and growth opportunities</li> <li>An amazing private &amp; open-office workspace in Athens </li> <li>Continuous training via personalized seminars</li> <li>Stable and enjoyable working environment</li> </ul>
