Senior Manager Grants and Incentives Team, Strategy and Transactions

Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.</p> <p> </p> <p>We are currently seeking a Senior Manager for our “Grants and Incentives (G&amp;I)” team, part of our Strategy and Transactions service line.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Support the partner in defining and executing the strategy for the G&amp;I practice</li> <li>Drive go-to-market activities to promote our services, identify suitable clients and maintain client relationships as primary point of contact</li> <li>Speaking at relevant conferences and organizing EY events to promote our services</li> <li>Scanning of suitable funding opportunities and incentives to address clients’ needs;</li> <li>Design of clients’ strategy to access funding and incentives </li> <li>Managing the design, financing and implementation of investments projects;</li> <li>Capacity building and ad hoc training activities and workshops with relevance to the above.</li> <li>Managing a dedicated team in order to prepare application files for private entities aiming to access grants and incentives (e.g. EU funds, state aid, etc.);</li> <li>Coordinates planning, documentation and acceptance of engagement in due time;</li> <li>Manages proper planning of delivery of the engagement (budget, team allocation, content review, own deliverables, project timetable, client interaction/meetings, project closing);</li> <li>Manages margin of the engagement;</li> <li>Allocates tasks appropriately, monitors team utilization and project timetable;</li> <li>Liaises with EY professionals from other functions and other advisors and ensures proper communication with the client;</li> <li>Manages fee invoicing and collection in due time;</li> <li>Provides feedback after each engagement for seniors and assistants;</li> <li>Offers on-the job coaching or any other support required by counselee;</li> <li>Support recruitment process for open positions within Strategy and Transactions;</li> <li>Prepare proposal materials and define the scope of a proposal/engagement;</li> <li>Manage credentials used for go to market materials;</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>         To qualify for the role, you must have:</p> <ul> <li>A Bachelor degree on Economic or Engineering Studies etc.</li> <li>Relevant professional qualification obtained or advanced (i.e. ACCA, CFA, etc.) would be an advantage;</li> <li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accessing non-refundable funds or project work within national and/or public institutions;</li> <li>Very good English, Excel, good report-writing skills</li> <li>Ability to drive and manage projects</li> <li>Attention to details, structured approach </li> <li>Willingness to learn and develop</li> <li>Able to work against tight deadlines and under pressure</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>                </p> <p> </p>
