We are seeking a detail-oriented Product Account Coordinator to manage client accounts and support product lifecycle operations. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between our internal departments and external clients, ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time and according to client expectations.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and updates across departments
Monitor product development progress and address issues proactively
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and performance tracking
Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining high communication standards
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align product launches
Maintain detailed records of client communications and documentation
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in account coordination or product management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
