Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is Full time and will work 80 -hour, Day shifts.

Under the supervision of the Program Manager and consultative supervision of the Physical Therapy Practice Manager, the Physical Therapist I is an expert in movement disorders and is responsible for providing quality care for patients receiving Physical Therapy services, including examination, evaluation, Physical Therapy diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, outcomes, and discharge planning.

Required qualifications:

• Coursework/Training and Graduate of an accredited (CAPTE) Physical Therapy professional program. Or equivalent educ/experience
• Upon hire: California Physical Therapist License 
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's Degree

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
