What will you do in your day-to-day job?

• provide assistance to the area, by drafting Quality System documents, preparing quality internal performance indicators and following up of Quality events.
• ensure the implementation and compliance of quality standards in the organization
• identify possible problems and recommending solutions to solve and avoid them in the future
• analyze statistical data to identify trends in quality issues within the organization
• develop and controls the quality internal performance indicators, preparing the necessary reports (e.g. Quality Flash , QSMR)
• perform internal process audits to assess compliance with quality standards
• recommend, implement and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are met
• investigate customer/internal complaints and product issues
• create the quality documentation required for shipping products (MTC – Material Test Certificate)
• you will have presence in the mill to validate the quality of the products according to standards and production processes.
• close collaboration with the laboratory to analyze the nature of the defects of our products
