Senior Front End Software Engineer (Performance-AMS) - Remote

We are seeking a Senior Front End Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our athlete management platform. This role requires expertise in React and TypeScript, with a strong focus on building widgets, forms, and interactive grid-based interfaces using AG Grid. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to a high-performance application that serves elite sports organizations, military units, and tactical professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain complex front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and AG Grid.
• Build highly interactive, data-driven components, forms, and widgets to enhance user experience.
• Optimize and scale front-end performance, ensuring a seamless user interface across devices.
• Write modular, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to create intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide mentorship, and share best practices with team members.
• Implement automated testing strategies to maintain high-quality code and prevent regressions.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in React and TypeScript, with experience in building scalable front-end applications.
• Hands-on experience developing data-intensive components such as forms, grids, and dashboards.
• Proficiency with AG Grid or similar table/grid frameworks for handling large data sets efficiently.
• Familiarity with Form Builders like SurveyJS.
• Familiarity with state management solutions (React Context or Zustand).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into front-end applications.
• Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Yarn) and CI/CD workflows.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices and responsive design principles.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in performance-driven applications, especially in sports tech, military, or health-related industries.
• Familiarity with visualization libraries such as Chart.js.
• Exposure to React Native for mobile development.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and using tools like Linear and Notion.
