About the Role

ShopMy’s consumer-facing shopper product has launched- introducing a new way for customers to discover, organize, and buy products through creator-curated experiences and personalized taste profiles

As the Senior Product Manager, Shopper, you will be the first product lead to take full ownership of this product area, transitioning product leadership from our CEO and driving the strategy, execution, and growth of the shopping experience post-launch. You’ll work across design, engineering, data, marketing, and brand teams to refine the experience, improve key shopper metrics, and scale engagement and retention.

This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution skills, understands consumer behavior in commerce contexts, and thrives in high-velocity environments with high autonomy and direct executive partnership.

What You’ll Do

  • Product Ownership & Vision
    • Take over end-to-end ownership of the shopper product, including shaping the long-term vision and short-term execution plans.
    • Define the product’s North Star and key success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Strategy & Roadmap:
    • Develop and own the shopper product roadmap, prioritizing improvements and new features that deepen personalization, improve discovery, and boost shopper lifetime value.
    • Balance evolving business priorities, user needs, and technical constraints with a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Data-Driven Prioritization:
    • Analyze product and behavioral data to identify key drivers of success and opportunities for growth.
    • Use quantitative and qualitative insights — from analytics, feedback loops, customer interviews, and shopper research — to inform decisions.
  • Feature Development & Delivery:
    • Lead the definition, scoping, delivery, and iteration of features that enhance the shopping experience - including personalization, curated feeds, wishlisting, onboarding flows, and checkout optimization
    • Partner deeply with engineering and design to ship high-quality releases, remove blockers, and improve velocity.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Act as the central hub of communication between engineering, design, data, brand & marketing, and executive stakeholders.
    • Enable teams to align around a shared vision, clear requirements, and defined success criteria.
  • Launch & Iteration:
    • Drive post-launch optimization and experimentation, ensuring the product improves key metrics and meets user needs as the platform scales.
    • Establish feedback loops with users and internal partners to rapidly test, learn, and iterate.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing product experiences and shipped releases.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead products through post-launch growth, including defining and measuring success after launch.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data — you make decisions rooted in evidence and user behavior.
  • Excellent prioritization and trade-off judgment — balancing scope, time, and quality.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially engineering and UX/design.
  • A product mindset grounded in user empathy and a deep understanding of shopper behavior.
  • Excellent communication and alignment skills, able to work with stakeholders across levels and functions.
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with a bias for action.
