Fleet Business Transformation Manager

The Fleet Business Transformation Manager is responsible for driving fleet transformation initiatives.
 

A Day in the Life:
The Fleet Business Transformation Manager will be responsible for driving strategic
fleet transformation initiatives, defining and overseeing governance, ensuring alignment
of all initiatives across the organization, and managing timelines/execution. This role
combines operational discipline, change management excellence, and a solid
understanding of world class digital tools. 

Starting salary is $85k/yr; commensurate with experience. 
 

What You’ll Do:
• Establish and oversee the governance of Fleet’s strategic initiatives ensuring
correct prioritization, robust oversight, and timely execution
• Lead portfolio level planning including risk management, resource allocation,
initiative health, budget, change management, and execution timelines
• Lead quarterly and monthly sprint planning and performance management
• Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the Fleet Team’s
transformation roadmap
 

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, Analytics, or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Experience in project management, strategic transformation or related positions
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Robust communication and presentation skills with strong executive presence
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
and complex environment
