Commercial Services Operations is an exciting and evolving area of the Diageo Global Business Operations (GBO) service offering and the responsibilities in this area will continue to develop with agility and pace to continue to meet and exceed the wider business requirements.</p><p></p><p></p><p>About the role</p><p></p><p>The CIO team is responsible for tasks required to ensure that our commercial customers’ retrospective promotional invoices are tracked, validated and coded correctly, including the appropriate records retention, thus ensuring compliant and controlled cash and account management. </p><p>The Contract and Invoice Operations Specialist will primarily be responsible for the CIO service delivery for the cluster of customers allocated to them whilst also being part of the wider CIO team responsibilities including operational cover, functional capability building, team documentation maintenance and coaching support.</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for all Contract and Invoice Operations processes for specific cluster assigned</p></li><li><p>Responsible for quality assurance for the relevant cluster’s Contract &amp; Invoice Operations activities</p></li><li><p>Liaise considerably with cluster sales reps to understand context per payment, payment terms, activation status and appropriate evidence provided</p></li><li><p>Ensure smooth operations and be flexible to support on various other Operational agenda</p></li><li><p>Liaise with OTC shared service centre to enable invoice payment</p></li><li><p>Liaise with the Sales on Invoicing related issues.</p></li><li><p>Ensure a 100% Compliance across all the areas of Invoicing and Audits</p></li></ul><p></p><p>What you will bring</p><ul><li><p>Excellent Business English and German language knowledge</p></li><li><p>Results oriented, strong drive and urgency</p></li><li><p>Able to work to tight deadlines</p></li><li><p>Awareness of controls and risk management</p></li><li><p>Strong problem identifying and problem-solving skills.</p></li><li><p>Build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Strong SAP and Excel skills</p></li><li><p>Possess financial STC accounting knowledge and experience in working with shared service centers is preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Benefits </p><ul><li><p>Unique Family Leave opportunity</p></li><li><p>We work without border - you will work with people from all over the world</p></li><li><p>You will deal with world class brand portfolio</p></li><li><p>Wide variety of thematic events, afterwork activities organized by employee communities</p></li><li><p>Product Allowance to purchase company products from the staff shop</p></li><li><p>We won the Fittest Workplace Award, of course we have a Gym</p></li><li><p>Urban legend is true, we do have a Rooftop Bar</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Flexibility </p><p></p><p>This is key to success in our business and many of our staff work flexibly in many different ways, including part-time and compressed hours.
