About the role

Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

Adobe.com is evolving to support a new generation of agentic, AI‑powered experiences that help customers discover products, make confident purchase decisions, learn new skills, and get help efficiently at scale. Brand Concierge sits at the center of this transformation—an intelligent, conversational experience designed to guide customers across end‑to‑end journeys while driving measurable improvements in conversion, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Data Scientist on the Knowledge Surfaces team, you will contribute to the analytics, measurement, and optimization of Brand Concierge on Adobe.com. Because Adobe.com is one of the earliest and most visible deployments of these agentic capabilities, the team also serves as customer zero—generating insights that inform the evolution of Adobe’s broader analytics and agentic offerings.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape the analytics and measurement strategy for Brand Concierge and related agentic experiences on Adobe.com through deep, hands‑on analysis and experimentation.
  • Analyze large‑scale customer interaction and journey data to surface behavioral patterns, friction points, and opportunities to improve agent quality, personalization, and experience outcomes.
  • Measure end‑to‑end customer funnels by stitching data across agentic experiences, content surfaces, and human‑assisted channels to understand how Brand Concierge influences conversion and engagement.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate roadmap priorities into analytics and dashboarding requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis using SQL, Python, and LLMs/conversational analytics platforms, translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and evolve scalable dashboards and data products using Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Power BI.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6-8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative role, with experience influencing product or experience direction through data.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, including statistical analysis, experimentation design, and large, multi‑source datasets.
  • Hands‑on experience using Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Deep understanding of acquisition, purchase, onboarding, and engagement funnels.
  • Exposure to conversational or unstructured text analytics, AI experience evaluation, or intelligent guidance systems.
  • Proven ability to drive impact in highly cross‑functional, matrixed environments through clear communication, influence, and execution.
