Broadridge Advisor Solutions is seeking a contract Product Manager/Business Analyst to join our Product Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of both business processes and technical product development lifecycles. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of product and features that exceed customer expectations.
Work-Mode: This is a remote role where you will work off-site. Travel is limited and generally used for team learning and collaboration meetings.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to elicit and document detailed business requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of scope objectives and goals
Work closely with the Product Management and Engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable specifications
Product Lifecycle Management:
Assist in the development and maintenance of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs
Work with Product Management team to effectively organize, management and communicate a prioritized product backlog
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to drive the successful execution of product initiatives
Participate in regular agile ceremonies, product releases and assist with scheduled functional business testing to ensure successful product releases
User Stories and Documentation:
Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, providing clear guidance to development teams for successful implementation
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including process flows, diagrams, and specifications, to support effective project management and communication
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating effective communication and ensuring a shared understanding of project goals and requirements
Present findings, insights, and recommendations to diverse audiences, including management and project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Communications, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Product Management or Business Analysis
- Proven experience in working as a conduit translating business needs and priority to technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles
- Proficiency in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Previous experience with eCommerce and billing platforms
- Experience with digital marketing tools in a regulated environment is a plus
