Service Sales Representative

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Service Sales Representative based in St. Louis, MO. The Service Sales Representative is responsible for new business growth and development for our team by selling installation and maintenance service contracts to new and existing customers.

 

This position in remote.

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $70,000-$85,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Manage service sales database using Salesforce
• Work directly with customers to decipher requirements and objectives
• Obtain and organize pertinent data to be used effectively for large projects
• Forecast sales by researching and developing/maintaining long and short-range sales and market plans
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate sales data through periodic reports

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• Knowledge of the door industry OR a passion to self-teach with support from industry experts
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions
• Previous sales experience

 

 

WHAT WE PREFER

• CRM experience
• Basic understanding of physics and electrical theory
• Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Technical degree
