This position will provide clerical assistance for the office.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Perform front desk receptionist coverage or any other area to promote and enhance the production level of administration overall; including communication/switchboard, security, customer service, information dissemination, administrative reports and other administrative support tasks as identified by the Office Operations Manager. Prepares travel documents and travel reimbursements. Provide support in the annual inventory process by locating and scanning assigned property and equipment.
Attends pre-work conferences on Maintenance Contracts and attends meetings with contractors throughout life of projects as assigned. Prepares meeting minutes for distribution. Ensures all contracts documentation has been scanned into Electronic Documents Management System (EDMS). Manage records and prepare for destruction of contracts files when statuary and procedural timeframes are met.
Responsible for prompt, accurate processing of all paperwork regarding the uniform contract for this area. This includes verification of uniforms turned in and received each week from contractor and employee, handling complaints from employees, tracking available balance of purchase order throughout the year, verifying and processing payment of invoices each month, advising purchasing agents of the need for increase or decrease in funds, etc.
Coordinate the Adopt-A-Highway Program for the Tallahassee office. This includes, but is not limited to: processing a variety of correspondence regarding the program such as sign requests, regular communication with approved groups, solicitation of new groups, maintaining up to date spreadsheets reflecting approved groups and availability of sites, coordinating with grou
