About the role

Are you ready to take ownership and lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? As our Maintenance Manager, you will oversee Maintenance Mechanics, Planning, and Spare Parts Warehouse operations, ensuring seamless support across all plant functions—including Packaging, Processing & Logistics, Facilities, and Building & Grounds.

Your leadership will drive Operational, Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost objectives, helping the plant operate at peak efficiency. Expect challenges. Expect responsibility. Above all, expect rewards—and much sooner than anywhere else.

Your responsibilities

• Analyzes downtime data to implement corrective actions for production improvements.
• Leads Preventive Maintenance to enhance plant reliability.
• Coordinates maintenance with production for seamless operations.
• Ensures continuous utility service, analyzes costs, and explores efficiency improvements.
• Manages maintenance budget within approved FOH & VOH allocations.
• Oversees external contractors and equipment manufacturers.
• Implements ISO-9002 Quality System standards in Engineering and Maintenance.
• Directs supervisory tasks, including performance evaluations and training programs.
• Drives cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
• Assesses team strengths, provides coaching, and facilitates development opportunities.
• Ensures effective training programs for high performance.
• Pursues ongoing professional development.
• Demonstrates Reckitt Benckiser values, leadership, and functional expertise.
• Ensures compliance with all regulations, including EEOC, OSHA, EPA, FDA, and GMP.

The experience we're looking for

• Must have a B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Must have 8-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-4 years of experience directly in leading large manufacturing teams consisting of mechanics and electrical engineers.
• Must have strong experience in technical operations and demonstrated project management skills
• Must have ability to develop employees and influence others in order to meet manufacturing objectives
• Strong knowledge in ISO 14001, Quality Control Plan, related SOP's and work instructions
• Expertise in Safety, Health & Regulatory requirements
• Solid skills in using Microsoft Office software including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must have ability to occasionally come in on second and third shift when needed
• Manufacturing operations experience within a Consumer Products Company or another high speed manufacturing environment preferred.
