Faculty Position in the Master’s Applied Clinical Psychology Program, Pacific University
The School of Graduate Psychology (SGP) in the College of Health Professions at Pacific University Oregon is seeking applicants for a faculty position in the master’s Applied Clinical Psychology (MA) program to begin Fall 2025.
The position is tenure-track at the Assistant Professor rank. We seek applicants with a background in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology and particularly encourage individuals with interest in underserved populations, including health disparities or healthcare equity, to apply. We especially welcome applications from psychologists who are Spanish-speaking with interest in contributing to training for students who are Spanish-speaking.
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience in evidence-based practices and diverse clinical service applications is preferred.
- Experience and interest in developing and/or supporting clinical training activities and working within accreditation guidelines is highly desirable.
- Candidates are encouraged to be currently licensed in Oregon, or license eligible in Oregon.
We are an academic community that is dedicated to preparation of master’s students in psychology with emphasis on scientific clinical application. Duties will include teaching, mentoring students in academic and clinical contexts, offering university service, and conducting/supervising research. Faculty in the MA program are on a 1.2 FTE, 11-month contract.
