We are hiring a Senior Director, Product Operations, responsible for leading strategic and operational initiatives related to perishables and franchise operations and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, enhance customer experience, and improve retail execution. Additionally, the position provides leadership in kitchen design, operational compliance, and franchise support to drive efficiency, sales growth, and retail excellence.

• Lead commercialization efforts on new food concepts.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and seamless integration or transition of perishables and franchise operations.
• Lead the perishables operations component of M&A processes across the enterprise.
• Manage the execution of fully executed divestiture contracts, including the disposal or transfer of hot food programs, and coordinating legal notifications.
• Oversee operational details to ensure compliance and timely execution of programs and/or initiatives within perishables and franchise.
• Develop tools and resources to support food service initiatives across all store formats, driving sales and improving retail excellence on execution.
• Implement solutions that align with organizational goals and enhance customer experience.
• Lead kitchen design and equipment selection in partnership with our retail embedded services team as well as construction team.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement on retail execution.
• Conduct franchise meetings to review training, operational performance, and overall support needed for retail excellence
• Work closely with key stakeholders, cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of strategies and initiatives for perishables product operations
• Lead initiatives that drive innovation, efficiency, and profitability.
• Defining, implementing, and optimizing operational procedures for food service and perishables execution across all formats.
• Oversight of food service operations budget, including allocation, tracking, and reporting.
• Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for food service and perishable operation.
• Define staffing needs and implement training programs to maintain operational excellence.
• Selecting and approving investments in kitchen equipment and layout FOH, BOH.
