Job Overview
Warehousing, shipping, receiving, and deliveries for CE and Rebuild departments. Inventory counting and management in the CE/Rebuild Warehouse. Assist with Tool Room responsibilities and backfill as needed. Manage freight/component transfers between the shop/service and parts departments. Ensures complete in full orders for technician/customer projects. Share on call rotation responsibilities with the regional team. Handling of parts and component core returns.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Receipt and distribution of purchase and stock orders for Mining and CE teams
- Materials handling, off loading. Pick and ship parts orders.
- Understanding shipping policies, procedures, and methods.
- Able to fulfill all written and verbal instructions given by Performance Leader.
- 5S in areas of responsibility, housekeeping and clean up.
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred
- Language Skills: Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation to customers, clients and other employees
- Mathematical Skills: ability to compute and calculate basic math, including ratio and percentages
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Computer Skills: Knowledge of database software, Internet software, manufacturing software and order processing systems
- Analytical Skills: Uses intuition and experience to complement data
- Problem Solving Skills: Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
- Customer Service Skills: Responds promptly to customer needs
