Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for an Attorney Talent Services Coordinator (HR/Recruiting Coordinator) in the Talent Services (HR) department of our Fort Lauderdale office. The Attorney Talent Services Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative support to both the Attorney Talent Acquisition (Legal Recruitment) and Talent Services (HR) departments. This role assists with recruiting and hiring attorneys, as well as supporting daily human resource tasks such as staff recruitment, orientation, employee benefits, and event planning. The candidate should be flexible to work overtime as needed, especially during peak recruiting periods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist the Attorney Talent Acquisition Manager, Business Director, office Managing Shareholders, and Practice Group Leaders with the recruitment process for summer associates, lateral shareholders, lateral associates, and alternative track attorneys.
Coordinate interview schedules and gather feedback on prospective candidates.
Draft/update job postings; review and process resumes in the applicant tracking system and generate reports.
Manage applicant databases and prepare offer letters.
Interface with candidates or legal search firms, provide candidate correspondence, and submit background check requests.
Network and partner with career services to reach law students.
Manage the new hire process, including paperwork, background checks, and coordinating start dates.
Prepare welcome emails, assist with onboarding, and conduct new employee orientation.
Administer employee benefits plans and assist with annual open enrollment.
Answer basic HR policy questions and maintain personnel files.
Coordinate firm events such as staff appreciation and holiday parties.
Assist with the annual performance review process and employment verifications.
Ensure administrative vacation coverage and coordinate attorney CLE training programs.
Assists with other department activities as needed, and performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or related field preferred
Three to five years of experience in a Human Resources support role or recruiting experience (in a mid-to-large law firm setting preferred).
Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) or SHRM-CP/SCP certification preferred.
Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Experience with Workday (Applicant Tracking System) a plus
