About the role
<p>You will be leading The Paid Media Analytics Team’s efforts on providing global media reporting and measuring the effect of our media activities. The team is a part of the broader Global Paid Media team and has an integral role of showcasing paid media’s contribution to the business. You will be managing a team of three full time employees and one student assistant and will be reporting into the Communication and Media Planning Director. </p>

The Media Analytics Manager will be building on a best in class media measurement setup and our ambition is stay ahead of the game by constantly calibrating and improving our setup. You will play a crucial role in this development and strengthening of our global media measurement solutions. Working closely with internal stakeholders and our global media agency partner, you will oversee the optimization of our global reporting setup and help innovate this to meet future business needs. Your responsibilities extend to maintaining and enhancing our in-house dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective communication to stakeholders. You will be a key player in the implementation of insights into media planning and execution, ensuring actionability is a central part of all we do. </p>

<p>Areas of responsibility</p>
<ul>
<li>Management of Global Media Measurement Tools: Oversee updates, development and implementation of traditional Marketing Mix Modelling and Agile Marketing Mix Modelling, ensuring data validation and educating stakeholders on translating insights into actions.</li>
<li>Development of Global Measurement Solutions: You will drive the development of our global measurement solutions and help identify future needs and capabilities within Marketing measurement across Paid, Owned and Earned media activities.</li>
<li>Own Global Media Reporting: You will own all global media reporting that entails ongoing and ad hoc reporting on media plans and performance to relevant stakeholders, including C-level executives.</li>
<li>Agency Media Reporting Governance: Collaborate with our Global Media agency partner to govern and develop our global media reporting setup with focus on automation and innovation for future-proof reporting and measurement.</li>
<li>In-House Dashboard Maintenance and Development: Work with the internal development team to maintain and develop in-house dashboards for global paid media reporting, commercial reporting, competitive reporting and more. This includes clear communication to stakeholders to ensure high adoption rates of existing dashboards.</li>
<li>Data Centralization: Work closely with the Data and Technology hub and agency partners to manage and store data centrally for a future proof global media analytics setup.</li>
<li>Integration of Insights into Planning: Collaborate with the Comms and Media planning team to implement insights derived from media analytics into the planning and optimization of media execution.</li>

<p>Skills needed for success</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 5 years’ experience with media measurement and reporting, preferably from a media agency or a global company</li>
<li>Hands-on experience and understanding of Marketing Mix Modelling tools</li>
<li>Proven experience managing global media reporting setups</li>
<li>In-depth understanding of media buying mechanics, including digital buying platforms, relevant metrics, and technology used for managing media data</li>
<li>Track record of working with agile methodologies and bi-weekly sprints for dashboard development</li>
<li>Familiarity with ETL processes, data cloud platforms (GCP), and data visualization tools</li>
</ul>

This job is based in the PANDORA Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark.<br/>
Candidates should be willing to travel up to 15 days a year.<br/>
