The role of Frontline Tools Sr. Manager, Program Governance focuses on providing oversight and support for Frontline Tools and Salesforce SGI governance, leading efforts related to governance and risk management activities, reporting and business plan management.  This position is instrumental in ensuring compliance with applicable CIBC and US Region policies and procedures, serves as the first point of contact for 2nd and 3rd LOD and any regulatory body.  The Sr. Manager, Program Governance also ensures all product records are organized and follow CIBC record retention policy.  This role will work closely with Frontline Tools Product Managers, dedicated product governance managers, and TI&I organization (IT, DMO) to ensure compliance across products and teams. The Sr. Manager, Program Governance will, aside from leading efforts related to managing risk and governance, drive resolution of issues and removal of roadblocks to production by escalating issues and leading cross-functional teams
