Non-CDL Box Truck Driver & Yard Maintenance Associate

Position Overview:
This role begins as a non-CDL position, with a clear path toward obtaining a CDL and earning additional pay increases. The position involves a mix of driving, delivery, maintenance, and yard work to support our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a box truck for designated routes Monday – Wednesday
• Deliver and remove containers as scheduled
• Clean and maintain containers to company standards
• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on containers, including cleanup of work areas
• Conduct general yard maintenance and cleanup to ensure a safe and organized workspace
   

Compensation:

• Starting Pay: $20/hour
• Growth Opportunity: Potential for a CDL upgrade with additional pay increases
