Responsibilities include reviewing vendor invoices, terms & conditions, vendor contracts and supporting evidences submitted through Concur Expense for employee expense reimbursement reports. Support in Accounting administrative duties.

Job Description:

We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks. 

• Review vendor invoices, terms & conditions, vendor contracts and process Accounts Payable in SAP.
• Review receipts and supporting evidences submitted through Concur Expense and process for employee reimbursement payments.
• Perform Accounting administrative duties.
• Maintain and file Accounting data and documents in the systems.

The anticipated compensation range is

18.00 - 30.00 USD Hourly

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
