Location: Denver, Colorado

Onsite: 4 days a week

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with over five years of experience in data collection, analysis, validation, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in designing, testing, and documenting processes, as well as creating and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Extract, analyze, and interpret complex data from various sources including databases, manual files, and external websites.
  • Process Documentation: Design, test, and document processes, ensuring the efficient handling and processing of data.
  • SQL Development: Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to improve data extraction and analysis.
  • Reporting: Create and publish both regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports, responding to data inquiries from different organizational groups.
  • Validation: Ensure data integrity by validating data components and documenting reporting requirements and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL and experience with relational databases. Familiarity with query tools and statistical software is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to assess complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with various teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
  • Prior experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role is highly desirable.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250  - $105,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
