Through freight capacity as a service, we enable businesses around the world to accelerate towards their sustainability goals.</span><br/><span>Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.</span>
<h3>You will:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Work cross-functionally and closely with leaders across the company to understand Einride value proposition and business requirements</li><li>Lead the development and execution of category strategies for Medium- and Heavy-Duty Electric Vehicles and Trailers, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders such as Commercial, Operations and Finance, enabling the execution of Einride’s Electric Mobility strategy</li><li>Develop partnerships and ensure a sustainable, scalable and high performing supply network enabling the transformation of the electric and autonomous transport landscape</li><li>Lead Source to Contract activities, such as supplier identification and selection, negotiation and contract lifecycle management</li><li>Develop and drive supplier relationship management and performance management in close collaboration with stakeholders such as Operations and Finance, enabling end-to-end value creation and value capture</li><li>Lead major cost-out initiatives and tenders enabling e.g. new market entry, through cross-functional project teams</li><li>Develop strong relationships and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels ensuring effective strategy development and execution</li></ul>
<h3>We expect you to:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Have several years of industry related experience in global procurement and category management functions</li><li>Bring proven cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to foster a culture of collaboration</li><li>Be open minded, self-reflective, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Bring solid analytical skills with the ability to analyse complex sets of data and draw insights and conclusionsBe self-motivated and result-oriented</li></ul><span>This is a full-time position preferably based in Stockholm or Gothenburg.
