What you will do to contribute to the company's success
1. Strategic Initiative Leadership
- Operationalize, monitor and implement cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Maintain alignment on strategic goals and ensure priorities are clear across teams.
- Provide oversight for high‑priority, ambiguous, or cross‑departmental initiatives.
2. Executive Steering Committee Support
- Serve as a cross‑departmental bridge to improve collaboration.
- Coordinate multi-team efforts and remove execution impediments.
- Identify inefficiencies and process gaps within specified initiative/project.
- Compile initiative information and assist in developing recommendations for senior leadership.
3. Operations Transformation
- Act as an operations liaison ensuring alignment, communication, and structured execution.
- Support operational improvement programs, including workflow redesign and integration readiness.
- Validate and support smooth transitions for system integrations or acquisitions across operations.
4. Technical Operations & Transitional Leadership
- Lead critical cross-functional execution during transitional periods (e.g., systems modernization, operational restructuring).
- Stabilize daily operations while advancing long-term transformation initiatives.
- Support Operational Intelligence, Field Operations, and related technical functions to ensure alignment and progress.
Additional Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels across business units.
- Assist in preparation of executive-level reports, dashboards, and updates on initiative status.
- Lead or support special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (e.g., MBA, MS in Operations, Organizational Leadership).
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, digital transformation, or program management.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Experience supporting or leading operational or technical transformation is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, organizational transformation, and enterprise program management.
- Strong understanding of operational processes, cross‑functional workflows, and change management.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High proficiency in structuring initiatives, establishing governance, and ensuring disciplined execution.
