<h3> General information </h3> Country France City Rueil-Malmaison Job ID 44525 Department Legal Experience Level ENTRY_LEVEL Employment Status FULL_TIME Workplace Type On-site <h3> Description &amp; Requirements </h3> <br/>We’re looking for a French-qualified lawyer (few years PQE) to join our Paris office in Rueil-Malmaison and support primarily Infor, a global leader in business cloud software and part of the Koch Group.<span>As an active member of Koch Commercial team in Europe, y</span>ou’ll work closely with our Paris-based legal team and other team members of the global Koch Commercial teams to draft and negotiate Cloud, professional services, and related contracts, supporting complex IT projects around the world focusing on Southers Europe region.<strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including Cloud, services, and software licensing agreements</li><li>Provide legal support for Infor’s high-value transactions and projects</li><li>Advise commercial and business teams on legal and strategic matters</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Koch’s global legal network</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable laws, company policies, <span> </span><span>while applying company risk philosophy.</span></li></ul><strong>Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)</strong><ul><li>French-qualified lawyer with a few years of post-qualification experience</li><li>Bilingual French speaker with business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
