What You Will Do
- Be the key focal and main contact to key MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) customer accounts
- Support our order management team with providing oversight, guidance, and mentoring on customer escalations
- Track daily and weekly key performance indicators to identify concerns and ensure processes are positively impacting the department’s ability to efficiently meet customer expectations
- Perform contract and price management for assigned customer accounts
- Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasts
What You Will Learn
- How to solve material shortage issues and supply chain delays to best support all customer activities ensuring on time delivery and service level performance indicators are achieved
- How to develop strategic sales plans to position product offerings to maximize inventory turns and revenue
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of customer service or other related experience in an aviation parts business; OR Master’s Degree in a related field. In lieu of degree, High School Diploma/GED Equivalent with 6 years of experience
