Bachelor Thesis customer analysis with AI in CRM environment summer term 2024 (f/m/d)

Tasks + Challenges

• The goal of your thesis is to create an AI-based prototype in the CRM environment. This prototype should be designed to use generative AI information from our CRM systems to suggest answers to our customers.  
• Another requirement is to provide up to date and aggregated facts about the customer for our sales and service people.
• During your thesis, you will be part of our CRMs team.
  You'll get support from our own data science and AI team. In addition, you can access the knowledge of an AI coach from our software supplier.
• In your thesis, you will first concretize the requirements with all stakeholders. After that, you will evaluate various technical solutions, considering the existing system landscape, develop and test the prototype and finally document the advantages and disadvantages.

 

Qualification + Profile

• We are looking for you as an independent personality with a wealth of ideas and a strong ability to think analytically.
• Your team orientation and reliability, as well as communicative strengths and your urge and courage for new things are also important to us.
• Initial experience in the AI environment is ideal, perfectly with your own (small) projects you could refer to.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, deep interest in IT in the business environment are useful.
• Basic knowledge of agile project management is just as advantageous as initial experience in software development.
• We are looking for students from the fields of Business Informatics, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Business, eCommerce or similar courses of study
• Fluent in English, German desirable
