About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.

Your Role: 

• You will maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.
• Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements
• Prepare and review limited partner and general partner allocations
• Prepare and review trial balances and work paper product
• Review capital activity that pertains to the funds including capital calls, distributions, rebalances and transfers
• Prepare and review fee calculations including (but not limited to) management fees, admin fees, waterfall clawback, and carried interest calculations
• Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables; overall responsibility for client relationships and meetings
• Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple clients; provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients
• Lead the preparation of client service plans including annual budget; establish plan for new client setup and transitions
• Coordinate with Operations group, Financial Statement group, Tax group and Investor Relations group
• Coordinate, manage and monitor external audit process
• Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials
• In charge of implementation of fund structures on accounting system
• Coach, develop, train staff and continue to build out our infrastructure
• Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
• Review trading and operations processes for the Company’s private equity division
• You will provide expert application and business process support to staff worldwide in their use of Investran and other integrated applications.
• Act as the liaison between IT and functional business requests, handling both sides when necessary
• Work with Product team to identify gaps in Investran automation and prepare solutions to address any gaps identified
• Work with business teams to ensure they are using the application to the fullest extent, SME in Investran business events and AT’s
• Liaise with FIS on new functionality and ensure any new functionality is rolled out within Citco
• Setup and testing of fund structures within Investran, in order to best utilize Investran’s functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, procedural, or technical issues and escalate to appropriate technical teams when required
• Create and enforce a robust data governance model with the use of Investran
• Organize and perform testing, preparation and assist in implementation of new modules and functionalities within Investran
• Assist with the implementation of system upgrades
• Provide assistance in the creation of training and reference materials and lead end-user education training events in core competencies
• Help identify best practices within Investran and direct the appropriate implementation
• Contribute to ongoing discussions on operational process and best practices; document and implement process improvements
• Review operations processes for the Company’s private equity division and identify opportunities for standardization and/or automation (both within and outside Investran)
• Partner with key stakeholders on the development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms
• Contribute to ongoing discussions on workflow process and best practices; document and implement process improvements
• You will focus on strategic data governance initiatives in a global multi-tenant environment to ensure that PE operations are streamlined adhering to main data principals (e.g., auditability, accountability, controls, integrity, oversight, scalability, standardization and
