Growth marketing — acquiring customers through scalable, repeatable marketing channels — is critical for any startup. But it’s broken today.

• Hiring in-house growth experts is hard (true world-class talent is extremely rare).

• Before daydream, I built Failory, a community and newsletter for startup founders that grew to 40K+ subscribers, bootstrapped entirely through content and SEO.

• I specialize in Programmatic SEO, scaling content across thousands of pages while maintaining quality and impact.

• I’ve worked with dozens of top venture-backed startups on SEO and growth marketing.

• I’m passionate about building efficient growth engines, delivering real outcomes and helping companies scale in smarter ways.

• Previously founded Flixed.io, scaled purely via programmatic SEO to 2M+ in revenue.

👷🏻‍♀️ What you’ll be doing

As Growth Lead (SEO), your time will be spent across three key areas:

• Formulating programmatic SEO strategies (30%): You’ll own strategy creation for companies like Clay, Product Hunt, and others—identifying scalable SEO opportunities and structuring playbooks for execution.

• Creating and optimizing content using daydream (40%): You’ll become an expert in our AI-powered platform, using prompt engineering and automation tools to produce 90th percentile quality SEO content at scale.

• Performance monitoring and reporting (30%): You’ll monitor customer performance, create actionable reports, and iterate on strategies to maximize growth.
