Position: Fixed Networks Customer Engineering – Summer Trainee
Duration: 3 months 
Location: Poland, Warsaw 
Date: 1.07.2025 – 30.09.2025
Education Recommendations: Telecommunications, Project Management or related field

Our team – Fixed Networks Customer Engineering – is a Europe-wide team supporting the introduction of new products in our customers’ Fixed Networks. We’re a passionate and experienced team managing technical projects and customize, integrate and validate Fiber, Fixed Wireless Access and WiFi solutions for our customers. This includes preparing design and configuration, testing and validating customized solutions in our lab and analyzing faults to drive resolution and acceptance of the solution.

As part of our team, you will:

• Assist in coordination of lab transformation program and with lab management activities
• Learn about Fixed Networks technologies
• Analyze project assignment data and generate metrics and present them in MS PowerBI
• Support with resource allocation tracking and project assignments
• Assist in coordination of projects

You have: 

• Active student status 
• Good English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work full-time during the summertime
• Technical background in telecommunication technology
• Theoretical knowledge of Project Management
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated, responsible, and driven attitude in using already acquired skills and acquiring new skills

It would be nice if you also had: 

• Technical background in Fixed Networks or Network Management Systems
• Experience with network performance test processes, test environment creation and debugging methods or/and test automation
• Experience with PowerBI or/and data analysis
