THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Corporate Treasury Director requires a treasury analyst to join the team, focusing on broad treasury operations, including FX, TMS implementation, and other project work. To carry out monthly treasury activities, including reporting to the shareholders and banks. You will also be required to assist with group projects and work with other Treasury team members to ensure the smooth running of daily tasks and month-end processes.

MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reporting of the Group’s liquidity position.

  • Supporting overall cash and banking activities of the group.

  • Assisting with the funding requirements for the Group.

  • Assisting the management of treasury systems, including the company TMS system, covering the implementation of new modules and integrating new features with SAP and other group platforms.

  • Management, creation, and updating of month-end treasury reports across the Group.

  • Supporting the Treasury Director in evaluating current processes and procedures, designing and implementing new methodology/improvements as required.

  • Participating in planned and ad hoc projects as treasury continues to improve and re-engineer existing processes and controls.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in fast-paced/growing / global organisation (s) supporting cash, payments and cash forecasting across multiple countries and banks

  • Strong IT and systems skills, including TMS (SAGE-XRT; Kyriba, others) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • A working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but not essential.

  • Analytical, organised, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

  • Personable, approachable, and able to build strong relationships within the Treasury team and Group Finance, as well as around the Group and with external counterparts.

  • High responsibility for work and professional ethics, with a strong sense of confidentiality awareness, and good at handling procedural matters.

  • Has good communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
