As a Travel Analyst student on the Air and Ground Transportation Team you will coordinate all aspects of travel to our field locations, managing scheduled and ad-hoc corporate aircraft, busing and helicopters, and assisting with commercial travel inquiries and online booking tool support.

What you’ll do
Assist team with all field travel bookings using INNFinity (flight and bus reservations, roster creations, cancellations and changes).
Support team with reporting and reconciliation for flight and bus manifests.
Ensure adherence to the Travel Standard and support the overall Air & Ground Transportation strategy.
Who you are
Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:
Legally authorized to work in Canada full-time for the duration of your work term and able to produce documentation upon application (e.g., work visa)
Available to begin work in May 2026
Agile and able to adapt to change quickly
Communicate effectively (written and verbal)
Customer service oriented
Be safety focused and demonstrate technical knowledge
Able to work collaboratively within a team to achieve a common goal
Experience with Concur Travel, PowerBI, and/or Microsoft Office is an asset

Education
Must be enrolled in a Hospitality Management / Travel Management / Tourism Management Undergraduate Program at an accredited post-secondary institution at the time of intended work term and returning to full-time studies after the work term OR registered in an accredited post-secondary co-op or internship program for the duration of the work term
Candidates currently enrolled in either a Masters or Ph.D. program at an accredited post-secondary institution may also be considered
New graduates are not eligible for student opportunities.
