This role would enable you to plan and coordinate with Embellishment plants based on customer needs, fabric availability, and plant capacity to ensure smooth production. Finalize contracts by raising purchase orders and maintain updates in the Fast React System to support timely planning. Monitor plant performance and address daily issues to achieve planned output targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare plan for Embellishment plants considering customer requirements, availability of fabric and plant capacity whilst, adjusting plans according to business needs in order to meet requirements and facilitate smooth production
• Finalize contract agreements with Embellishment plants by raising purchase orders
• Upload details and maintain the Fast React System whilst, following up in order to facilitate on time preparation of Embellishment plan
• Monitor status of Embellishment plants in order to ensure achievement of planned output whilst, getting involved in solving day to day issues
• Follow up and analyze deviations from the plan and highlight issues, deviations to relevant parties, in order to take corrective measures
• Update and advice sewing planners on special arrangements, requirements for specific Embellishments etc.
• Participate at Pre-production and Planning meetings in order to discuss style development and share information with internal teams
• Advice Embellishment plants on future orders, capacity and manpower requirements
• Analyze reasons for failure/ issues etc. and work towards improving performance in the Embellishment plants
• Build cordial relationships with external Embellishment plants, customers whilst, negotiating terms of contract as and when needed
• Resolve any issues related to Embellishment, checking the weekly capacity plans, taking follow-up action in cases of revisions, discussing requirements for cross-development where excess capacity is required so as to ensure delivery dates are met.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Degree in Mathematics or Statistics
• 1 -2 years of work experience in a similar capacity 
• Good analytical skills
