Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent to support the company’s operational and strategic goals. This individual will collaborate with hiring managers across multiple retail, distribution and corporate locations, leveraging technology and process optimization to ensure the delivery of a seamless, inclusive, and high-quality candidate experience. The role requires a proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment while embracing innovation in sourcing and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Recruitment Execution:
- Leverage diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events, to attract top talent.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean searches, data mining, and AI tools, to identify passive candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Partner with store leadership to address seasonal hiring spikes and other high-volume recruitment initiatives.
- Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment workflows to ensure an efficient, scalable, and candidate-centric hiring process.
- Analyze bottlenecks in the recruitment process and implement solutions to reduce time-to-fill and enhance candidate experience.
- Execute standardized recruitment processes, templates, and guidelines to ensure consistency across multiple locations following company processes.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and a streamlined hiring process.
- Champion the employer brand by promoting the company culture, values, and benefits throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Partner with HR and Learning & Development teams to align onboarding programs with recruitment efforts, driving retention and engagement.
- Data and Metrics Management:
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage data analytics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and refine approaches as needed.
- Strategic Talent Planning:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s goals and workforce planning needs.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for both corporate and retail store roles, focusing on high-demand positions such as keyholders, store managers, and operational leaders.
- Technology-Driven Recruitment:
- Identify, implement, and manage recruitment technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) to streamline and enhance the hiring process.
