- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance sales pipelines, leads, opportunities, and quoting processes.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their sales workflows and identify areas for process improvement within Salesforce.
- Support data migration, system integrations, and automation initiatives to streamline sales operations.
- Assist in discovering and analyzing client business systems, proposing tailored Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct training and ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption of Salesforce sales tools.
- Work within Agile teams to prioritize tasks, manage backlogs, and deliver incremental value to clients.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to gather detailed functional requirements and provide innovative recommendations.
- Develop and configure declarative Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and automation flows.
- Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, integrations, and customization efforts to ensure seamless implementation.
- Create comprehensive documentation and high-quality deliverables across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce Admin or Consultant are a plus.
- 4 - 10 years of experience working with Salesforce sales pipelines, automation, and customization.
- Experience supporting or managing Salesforce projects, including data migration and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations for sales process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM automation tools and basic knowledge of business automation platforms (e.g., Appian, Power BI) is preferred.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently within a team environment.
- Passion for technology and continuous learning, with a focus on driving sales operational improvements through Salesforce.
