I. Job Summary
The Digital Security Analyst, specializing in Identity Governance, plays a critical role in ensuring effective identity and access management (IAM) within our organization. This position involves the integration of applications into and the maintenance and support of SailPoint IdentityIQ and other supporting IGA platforms.

II. Duties and Responsibilities include the following: 
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Other ancillary duties may be assigned. 
 Design, implement, and maintain IdentityIQ components such as lifecycle events, workflows, certifications, provisioning policies, roles, rules, and connectors. 

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for enterprise applications and systems. 
  • Ensure the integration of SailPoint IdentityIQ with enterprise applications and systems are compliant with IAM standards.
  • Monitor and maintain the health of the IdentityIQ platform.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SailPoint IdentityIQ-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation for the SailPoint platform.
  • Support access controls, provisioning/de-provisioning, and approvals of user and service accounts across systems.
  • Support third-party vendors or contractors to ensure on-time project deliverance.
  • Produce appropriate IGA security metrics and audit reports and provide regular reporting to internal and external audit requests as needed.
  • Address security incidents and access-related issues in a timely manner and assist in implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in IAM technologies and best practices.

IV. Qualifications

A. Education and Experience

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration or similar area of study. Three (3) years of previous experience required. An additional four (4) years of related experience may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and at least three (3) years of experience in network, host, data and/or application security in multiple operating system environments.

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

  • None required.
  • Preferred: Other professional certifications desired include: CWSP, CISA, GIAC
  • Other vendor certifications desired include: CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, MSCE

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Strong knowledge or skills in one or more of the following is required:

  • IAM concepts and tools: provisioning, governance, RBAC, access reviews, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Java, XML, and SQL.
  • Experience with web services and APIs (SOAP, REST) integrating with platforms like ServiceNow, Azure AD, Okta, AWS IAM.

D. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities that Contribute to Success

May require intermediate skills in one or more of the following:

  • Fortune 500 experience.
  • Ability to support both internal and external audits.
