Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years of risk management experience required, including program management and/or project management
  • Series 7 required or attainable within twelve months of hire 
  • Experience in building relationships and networks, at varying levels in the organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor communication based on the audience and communicate with influence
  • Deliver results in an iterative environment; able to test and adapt in order to develop best practices
  • Ability to demonstrate eagerness to learn new things that grow your expertise and add greater value to your work
  • Experience synthesizing data, stakeholder insights, logic and expertise to contribute to department and firm growth
  • Previous experience with creating or transforming risk programs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and GRC tools

What Could Set You Apart:
  • Advanced degree, industry designation, or risk designation preferred
  • Experience in financial services, specifically wealth management, asset management, investment advisory, and/or financial planning
