MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer oriented Enterprise AI Security Engineer for a new initiative. This effort supports the rapid design, deployment, operation, and sustainment of enterprise-scale AI, data, and mission platform capabilities across the cloud, edge, and classified operational environment.

This role supports Authorization and Accreditation (A&A), Risk Management Framework (RMF) ATO, runtime security, and Zero Trust implementation for enterprise AI systems. You will integrate security and policy enforcement across the AI platform.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Lead and manage Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) activities under the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for enterprise AI systems.

·       Design and implement Zero Trust architectures and robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

·       Develop and enforce runtime security policies using tools like Open Policy Agent (OPA).

·       Integrate AI governance practices and implement classification-aware access control.

·       Manage compliance documentation and evidence gathering using platforms like XACTA and/or eMASS.

Minimum Qualifications:

·       7 or more years of experience in Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) or A&A/RMF compliance. Relevant additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

·       In-depth, practical experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and obtaining an Authority to Operate (ATO).

·       Expertise in security architecture design, including Identity Management and Zero Trust principles.
