Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily equipment upkeep and facility maintenance in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on machinery to keep production running efficiently and safely.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on various types of industrial equipment
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production goals
• Use diagnostic tools, blueprints, manuals, and schematics to identify issues and complete repairs
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades or improvements
• Assist with installation and setup of new machinery or systems
• Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow proper tool and equipment storage practices

Professional Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience working with conveyors, motors, PLCs, pumps, compressors, or related equipment
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout (LOTO), OSHA regulations, and basic safety practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Comfortable using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or trade school training a plus
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or off-shifts as needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders throughout the shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions (heat, noise, dust)
