Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
(NOTE: This position requires travel within PCHC sites and departments. Mileage is reimbursed per PCHC’s Business Travel and Expense Reimbursement Policy)

Highlights of the Position:

  • Provides impeccable customer service to our staff by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware via the phone, in-person, and through other electronic means.  
  • Demonstrates knowledge of computers, various operating systems, and a wide variety of application software.
  • Installs, configures, repairs, and upgrades PC software and operating systems. Installs and repairs routine client computing hardware, software, mobile devices, and more.
  • Explains issues and problem-solving process to staff in a manner of which is easily understood.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, time management, and follow-through.
  • Collaborates with all teams to identify ways to improve information systems experience.

    Education and Experience:

    • Post-secondary education or certifications in computer related field required.
    • At least one year of professional experience in use, configuration, installation and support of computers and information systems preferred.
    • At least one year of professional experience providing excellent customer service preferred.
    • Experience running, terminating and testing cable preferred.
    • Having a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individual’s ability to perform the responsibilities of the position, in accordance with PCHC’s Automobile Safety and Background Check policy.
