Requirements

Must Haves Qualities & Talents:

• Proven people management skills with experience leading shop managers and customer agents.
• Analytical skills for developing business cases and monitoring profitability.
• Solution-oriented with strong verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual with excellent stakeholder management, both internal and external.
• Strong customer focus with negotiation skills.
• Comfort with computers and interest in CRM management systems.
• University degree, preferably in economics, marketing, communication, etc.
